ParlVU is a webcasting service that provides users with access to the live and archived streams of video and audio for the House of Commons proceedings, televised committees, and the audio of all public committees.

What’s new? (For more information, see the ParlVU Help.)
  • Closed Captioning : Starting January 2013, closed captioning will be available for the entire session of House sittings (not just the Question Period). To access it, select the CC button at the right corner of the ParlVU player.
  • Downloads, podcasts and RSS feeds: From the ParlVU service, you can play and download the House of Commons proceedings and committee meetings that are available from the website. You can also subscribe to podcasts and RSS feeds of these proceedings.
  • ParlVU Schedule: To keep you informed of live and upcoming events from the House of Commons, you can embed the ParlVU schedule in your website or blog.
